Laraine Demshock is proud to continue the legacy of Fishburn Realty as part of Main Street Real Estate Group, bringing decades of experience, professionalism, and community commitment to every client she serves.

A lifelong resident of Bethlehem, Laraine studied education at Millersville University and Lehigh University, spending 35 years in education before transitioning into real estate. As the former Coordinator of Disability Services at Northampton Community College, she helped secure multiple federal grants to enhance accessibility in higher education, while also leading major fundraising events such as the St. Luke’s Ball and the Historic Bethlehem Holiday Auction.

Laraine’s love of real estate began in the late 1970s when she met her husband, Tom Demshock, owner of the historic Fishburn Realty Company. After retiring from NCC, she earned her real estate license in 2013 and joined Fishburn, blending her passion for people with the knowledge and professionalism gained from years of community service.

When Tom retired in 2024, Laraine proudly chose to carry on Fishburn’s tradition of integrity and service at Main Street Real Estate Group, an independently owned and operated firm that shares her values.

Today, Laraine continues to serve both new and long-time clients across the Lehigh Valley, specializing in residential and commercial sales. Known for her warmth, expertise, and dedication, she guides buyers and sellers with care through every step of the process—honoring the Fishburn legacy while embracing the future of real estate in Bethlehem and beyond.
