Winner of both "Best Commercial Realtor of The Lehigh Valley" and "Best Realtor of The Lehigh Valley" by Lehigh Valley Magazine,Lucy has continually ranked number 1 in many categories over the years among her peers.
Due to the fact that she is one of the most active Realtors in the city,her past participation with The Chamber of Commerce and the Downtown Bethlehem Association,she was previously an instructor in real estate procedures and guide lines for Community Action Development Corporation of Bethlehem.While commercial real estate is a driving force, Lucy loves residential real estate also. First time home buyers are one of her specialties, given she has an entire team of professionals behind her to guide and assist all buyers and sellers in residential real estate. Lucy chose real estate as a profession due to her great passion for her city, her appreciation of architecture and her sensibility of development. Beyond real estate Lucy has strong ties to her community. Some of the many Boards she has served on include The DBA, Capers, Best, GLVCC, Because of a Dog,and The Southside Historical Board. She is the first Bethlehem resident to be awarded the Governor’s Award from the Pa. Commission on Crime and Delinquency for her active participation in her city and her support of The Bethlehem Police Dept. She is also certified from the NCBI through the City of Bethlehem.
Lucy is the mother of 5 children, and grandmother to 3 spectacular grandchildren. A resident of Bethlehem since 2000, Lucy is originally from upstate NY, with an educational background in Fine Arts and Broadcasting. Lucy enjoys spending time in her gardens with her husband Hector,surrounded by her many dogs,koi and her children and grandchildren.
